Hayley explains "Wedding planning or co-ordination is a very personal service, I understand for a bride and groom to hire me, they need to get to know me, they need to feel like I am the person they can trust to help them have the wedding they want.
I also, get to know the couple; to find out what they like and dislike to ensure I meet their requirements. I no doubt offer invaluable assistance but from time to time the couple might not have known everything they want from me before we meet. for example I was asked to find the perfect gifts for bridesmaids shortly before one wedding, after engaging with the whole bridal party during the run up to the day.
I don't agree in set packages, as every couple are different, I believe every wedding is unique, just like the Orchid flower, rare, beautiful and two are never the same. I mould my services around my clients.
Having a wedding planner doesn't necessarily mean you have to have one for the whole planning....

"This service involves a consultation 4-6 weeks before the wedding
(can be earlier in your planning stage)
to finalise and liaise with suppliers and the venue/s,
to confirm everything with you, from the basic to the smallest of
details you may not have even thought of; then from this I will draw up a final itinerary,
I offer full phone and email communication during this time to lay any worries you have to rest, so you can relax.
I can arrange collection/delivery of supplies and complete small errand running.
You can take advantage just for someone to chat to
for a bit of advise about my creative ideas and practical advice too.
On the actual wedding day,
I come armed with my 'emergency kit box', I can decorate the venue,
oversee and organise the arrival of suppliers, without anyone worrying if something is on time,
turnaround of venue rooms, Toastmaster duties if required,
deal with any eventualities discreetly and ensure that your day runs smoothly
and pay any suppliers if needed."
