As a lover of all things vintage and a firm believer in happy-ever-afters, Hayley Milczarek founded Orchid Occasions, a west midlands wedding co-ordination service, because she has a great passion for weddings.

She believes all couples wedding days should show their personality and story, and every wedding day is unique and different from the next.

Orchid Occasions' mission statement is to simply bring creativity, personality and affordability to planning your wedding day.

Hayley can take away the stress, add fun and creativity to your planning, save you time and money as well as giving you a personal, friendly service by meeting your needs.

She works passionately with you, the bride and groom and your families, to bring dreams to reality, no matter how quirky or extravagant they may seem!

Hayley has been certified by 'The Wedding Planner School' here she has gained a diploma in professional wedding planning and event management, trained by professionals who are successful in the industry.

Hayley has been involved in the hospitality industry and event management for some years therefore has also gained great experience in weddings and events that is an invaluable benefit to her clients, by providing great customer relationships, negotiation and organisation skills to all her clients and suppliers.

Hayley is also member of the Best Practice Association for qualified wedding and event planners who have agreed to follow certain ethical and responsible guidelines based on British law and good practice, from all the above factors she has reputable and recommended contacts to share to ensure her client's peace of mind during their special day.

Hayley at Orchid Occasions is also the recommended wedding co-ordinator for The Old joint Stock in Birmingham city centre and The white Swan in Stratford-upon Avon.
